They will then show up when the viewer watches the YouTube video on youtube.com (but I think not when the youtube video is embedded elsewhere). So, if a particular video that they link to comes from one of the already overstream-supported providers (e.g., blip.tv), then you just follow through to the video provider's page for that video, and use that URL in overstream.
